What are your frugal blocks

My husband tries to keep me on track, but there are just times I NEED to go thrift shopping. It relaxes me, I find treasures to keep or sell on ebay. He gives me updates several times a month, letting me know how much money I spend.

I try to sell enough on ebay to keep a few bucks in PayPal (I have a PP debit card) to get my fix.

Walmart! I try to only go there once a month after payday and take a LIST! I still usually have to go back and put things away. When I'm all done shopping I start looking into my cart and saying, "Do I REALLY need this?" If not - put all them back!
